Running on Empty

DSC_0003 I headed to the track for a track workout: 2 miles to the track 6 x 400 meters with 200 meters of jogging in-between 800 meters of barefoot running 2 miles cool-down back home I have done barefoot running DSC_0005 Distance: Time: While I felt decent overall, I could definitely tell I was draggin because I didn’t have enough fuel in my system. I have read this isn’t always a bad way to train because when I am running my marathon, my body is going to have to learn to run on less fuel than ideal.
