I am seeking runners who are looking to improve their PR (personal records), run their first race, or wish to take their training and competition to the next level.
I have spent the past 20 years running and developing my knowledge and expertise in running, and I would love to help others in their running goals. No, I am not the fastest person out there, but I have become a pretty competitive runner who wants to share her knowledge and expertise with others.
I am offering a personalized, daily coaching plan that includes speed workouts, tempo runs, and track workouts. All workouts will be designed to fit your ability level and running goals.
Coaching plans will be send virtually each week. I am available via unlimited e-mail, phone calls, Skype/Facetime, with prompt responses within 24 hours.
As we work together, your feedback on how each run/workout went will determine future workouts. I want you to enjoy the workouts and not feel as though they are outside your capability.
